In the spirit of community, the Recreation Committee and Bay Management will be joining Master Management in making every effort to support our Residents who are experiencing financial setbacks from the partial government shutdown.

Please stop by the Bay Management Office with a copy of your notice advising of payroll deferments and we will do our best to work with you during this time.

Master Management announced at the Monthly Board of Directors Meeting on Thursday, January 17th, that they will be allowing Residents who are currently employed by the Federal Government and affected by the partial Government shutdown, to defer their monthly payment to Master Management until the end of the shutdown, and waive any late fees due to this reason, provided they come to the Master Management office and show proof of their payroll deferment.
