Hybrid City Commission Meeting – August 4, 2020
DEERFIELD BEACH – YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Regular City Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 7:00 PM in the City Commission Chambers located at the City Hall Complex, 150 NE 2nd Avenue, Deerfield Beach, Florida, and/or utilizing communications media technology with elected officials and City staff participating through video conferencing.
To ensure compliance with the latest CDC recommendations and governor orders, the August 4, 2020, regular City Commission meeting will proceed utilizing communications media technology; however, the City Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 150 NE 2nd Avenue, Deerfield Beach, will be open to the public as an additional method for the public to speak on public hearings, agenda items and the public to be heard portion of the meeting. In person meeting attendees are required to adhere to a temperature check, wearing a facial covering while in the building, and maintaining social distancing. The agenda includes a link to the Zoom virtual meeting as well as instructions on how to access by telephone, YouTube and Zoom.
