Dear Residents,
The 2021 Paving Project continues in the Ashby and Berkshire areas the week of July 19th. Once the Ashby area is complete on Monday, July 19th(Paving), Milling will commence in the Berkshire area, beginning with Berkshire C on Tuesday, July 20th. (All scheduled work is dependent upon current weather conditions and any potential unforeseen issues.)
Monday, July 19th: Ashby A & C (PAVING)
  • Ashby A and C guest parking spaces and roadway.
Tuesday, July 20th: Berkshire C & B (MILLING ONLY)
  • All Berkshire C roadway and parking spaces.
  • Berkshire B roadway and parking spaces east of the entry roadway only.
Wednesday, July 21st: Berkshire B & D (MILLING ONLY)
  • Berkshire B roadway and parking spaces west of entry roadway.
  • Berkshire D roadway and parking spaces.
Thursday, July 22nd: Berkshire E (MILLING ONLY)
  • All Berkshire E roadway and parking spaces.
Friday, July 23rd: Berkshire A (MILLING ONLY)
  • All Berkshire A roadway and parking spaces.
All vehicles must be removed from their parking spaces no later than 8:00 AM on the day your Association is scheduled to be paved or milled. If your area is being paved, you cannot return your vehicle to the newly paved area until the following day. If your area is being milled, you may return your vehicle to your assigned parking space after milling is complete the same day. If your vehicle is in a parking space when the paving or milling begins, it is likely to be towed by your Association at your own expense.
.
While paving or milling is being done, one lane of the roadway will remain open at all times to allow for emergency vehicles. The roadway will be fully reopened upon completion of paving or milling that same day. Residents may experience some detours in the affected areas, as well as limited access during paving and milling.
PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CLUBHOUSE, IF NEEDED (FIRST LOT TO THE RIGHT AS YOU ENTER OFF OF CENTURY BOULEVARD). VEHICLES ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON THE DAY/DATE YOUR ASSOCIATION IS SCHEDULED TO BE PAVED. YOU MUST OBTAIN A PASS FROM THE CENCLUB STAFF OFFICE LOCATED AT THE CLUBHOUSE. The pass will be date stamped and should be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle to avoid being towed at your own expense. NOTE WHEN THE MILLING ONLY IS BEING DONE, YOU CAN RETURN YOUR VEHICLE TO YOUR PARKING SPACE THE SAME DAY.
Residents planning to be away during this time and leaving a vehicle at the Association should make arrangements to leave keys with a resident who resides on the property full time so their vehicle can be moved during the paving process. Please advise Ray DePerro of Five Star Sealing and Paving during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at (954) 650-2347 the name, unit number, and telephone number of the individual that will have your keys. Again, if your vehicle is in a parking space when the paving begins, it is likely to be towed by your Association at your own expense.
(Note: Tack is used in the paving process and is a liquid asphalt product that increases the cohesion of the asphalt. Please do not drive or walk on marked areas where tack has been applied, as this product is difficult to remove. If you inadvertently get tack on your car, “Go-Jo” or an orange oil-based product such as “Citri-Solv” has proven beneficial in removing tack from automobiles, shoes, etc.)
Please read important information that is posted at your respective buildings.
Additional information and scheduling notices for paving of the Berkshire area, as well as the Keswick and Islewood areas will be posted one week prior to the Associations being paved. Please watch for additional updates on the continuation of the 2021 Paving Project at:

Remaining Associations that are part of the 2021 Paving Project will be notified in advance of the dates they are scheduled to be paved.
